the location was acceptable, near transportation options (i saw a bus stop close by).

The room i received was not clean. I noticed hair on the undersheet, indicating it had not been changed. additionally, the staff at the front desk seemed indifferent (annoying), stating housekeeping had already left for the day when i requested a change. the overall condition of the room was also subpar, with old carpet and scuff marks on the walls.

the hotel features a beautiful botanical garden directly across the street. i appreciated the proximity to two u-bahn stations. the breakfast included a wide variety of options. the bathroom had a very nice shower. the room was very spacious and it was impeccably clean.

the hotel parking had very limited spaces.
